Privacy choices
Everything you can see, change or delete yourself in INMB, and how to reach us for anything else. INMB has no advertising, analytics or tracking, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Export your data
Download each of your plans at any time:
- in the web app: open the plan menu (the plan’s name, top left) and choose Export → Plan data (JSON), Register (CSV) or Plan by month (CSV);
- in INMB for iPhone: Settings → Export Data saves each plan as JSON and CSV files.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes it at once, with every plan you own and all their data, your signed-in devices, tokens and connections:
- in the web app: Settings → Profile → Delete account, confirmed with your password;
- in INMB for iPhone: Settings → Delete Account…
The nightly backups that still contain it are deleted within 14 days. Deleting a single plan, transaction or other item only marks it as deleted so that your apps stay in sync; it is removed for good with your account. See How long we keep data.
Signed-in devices
In the web app, Settings → Security lists the browsers signed in to your account with their IP address and when they were last active. Sign Out Other Devices ends all of them except the one you are using, signs out the INMB apps and disconnects AI assistants. Log Out in the plan menu ends the current one.
Passkeys and two-step verification
In the web app, Settings → Security lets you add and remove passkeys, turn two-step verification on or off and create new recovery codes.
Connected apps and AI assistants
In the web app, Settings → Developer Settings → Authorized Applications lists every app (also apps from other developers), AI assistant and script you allowed to access your account. Revoke one and it loses access at once. What an app or AI assistant has already read stays with its developer or provider under their terms; ask them to delete it.
Personal access tokens
Tokens you created for the API are listed in the web app under Settings → Developer Settings → Personal Access Tokens. Revoke a token and it stops working at once.
Telegram
The Telegram import is off unless you connect it. In the web app, Settings → Integrations lets you:
- unlink your Telegram account from INMB’s bot;
- unlink single chats from your own bot, or disconnect your own bot completely;
- make the bot forget the accounts it remembered for your statements.
Transactions imported before stay in your plan. Messages in the Telegram chat itself are stored by Telegram; delete them there.
Statement imports
Every statement import is listed with what it changed on a plan’s Import page in the web app, and in the import summaries of the iPhone app and the Telegram bot. Undo takes an import back. INMB doesn’t keep the statement files themselves; see Bank statements you upload.
INMB for iPhone
- Settings → Lock with Face ID (or Touch ID): INMB asks for it when you open the app, and the widgets hide amounts while the lock is on.
- Remove an INMB widget from the Home Screen or the Lock Screen to stop showing amounts there.
- Settings → Sign Out removes your plans and your sign-in from the iPhone; your data stays in your account.
Analytics and advertising
None. INMB has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party SDKs — on the website, in the web app or in the iPhone app — and never sells or shares your data for marketing.
INMB sends only emails about your account: a link to confirm your email address after you sign up, password reset links you ask for, confirmations when you change your email address, and security notices when your password, two-step verification, passkeys or email address change. These can’t be switched off, because they protect your account — a notice about a change you didn’t make is your chance to react. INMB sends no newsletters or marketing emails, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
- Settings → Profile → Email language: receive the emails in English or German, or in your browser’s language.
- Change your email address in Settings → Profile; INMB asks you to confirm the new address.
Your email address is also your sign-in name, and we use it to answer you when you write to us. Details: Emails.
